• You can also change the properties by toggling the sliders for glass, material, exposure, and ambience.
• You can also change the color of light. To change the color of light just click on the boxes to the right of the light type and properties. This will open the color, picker dialogue box. Choose a color and press ok.
• To change the direction or placement of light just drag any of the points on the outside ellipse or center point. Click ok after you have adjusted the direction and placement of light.

Whilst there may be many reasons for wishing to listen to music in the workplace, can it really improve your productivity?

We know that music can alter your mood. Films have been using musical scores for years to create the right mood for a scene. At times you hardly notice the music at all but you are very receptive to the mood being conveyed. So can we use music to put us in a “productive” mood?

Research seems to support such a claim. For example, a trial where 75 out of 256 workers at a large retail company were issued with personal stereos to wear at work for four weeks showed a 10% increase in productivity for the headphone wearers. Other similar research conducted by researchers at the University of Illinois found a 6.3% increase when compared with the no music control group.

So if we accept that music does increase productivity, does it matter what types of music we listen to? Does all music have the same effect or are certain types better in certain circumstances?

Kita tidak bisa mengandalkan “Siapa tau jadi sukses”… bila kita sudah berbicara sebuah investasi bukan sekedar hobby blogging. ya pokoknya itu aja.. met Idul Fitri met lebaran… berharap dimaafkan klo ada salah…

Buat temen2 yang mo request lagu supaya di upload dan bisa dengerin juga silakan deh,.. mudah2an bisa dipenuhi permintaannya.

Tanpa sadar barusan aku molai mengira-ira type masing-masing personel yang bakal aku temui besok pagi, ternyata mereka punya watak, sifat  karakter yang berbeda. pasti kalian juga kan ?.. na ini ada referensi buat milah-milah karakter menurut Florence Littauer di sebuah bukunya Personality Plus. mungkin lebih banyak lagi kalau kita mengacu pada referensi lain, tapi yang keingat cuman yang aku tulis dibawah;

1. Type Sanguinis
2. Type Melankolis
3. Type Phlegmatis
4. Type Kholeris

Type Sanguinis, jika kita temui seorang yang cenderung tidak teratur dalam sebuah pekerjaan misal; meja kerja yang selalu dibiarkan berantakan, kertas dan catatan-catan berserakan di mana-mana. kemungkinan besar dia termasuk dalam type ini.

Adalah kebalikan dari type sanguinis, type Melankolis, bekerja dengan lebih teratur, type ini umumnya lebih mempunyai planning dan hidup terpola dan sangat menyukai fakta, data dan angka. bisa dibilang lebih realistis dalam melakukan seuatu pekerjaan.

Sedang type Koleris cenderung hobby mengatur rekan kerja, mempunyai orientasi dan target yang jelas. layaknya seorang dari kalangan militer, tegas, cepat tapi dalam mengerjakan sesuatu selalu disertai jiwa. bahkan cenderung “narcis” dalam hal pekerjaan, ( mungkin akan sering berkata “Gue gitu loh” ) type ini banyak kita dapati secara umum di jepang. kebayangkan gimana karakter orang-orang jepang ?

Terakhir type Plegmatis, type pecinta damai, tidak menyukai konflik hingga dalam setiap langkahnya dia selalu mencari solusi dan jalan damai, namun juga cenderng lamban dalam melakukan sesuatu karena sering menunda-nunda rencana yang sudah dibuat, kalem dan kurang terpola. tapi dia pendengar yang baik loh…

Nah, …dari ke 4 type diatas kamu dapat mulai bercermin, termasuk dalam type yang mana, hingga sedikit demi sedikit dapat mulai menekan kelemahan dan meningkatkan kelebihan masing-masing.

Yang perlu diingat adalah tidak ada satupun diantara ke-4 type watak tersebut yang terbaik, masing-masing mempunyai kelebihan dan kelemahan. Tergantung kita akan bersikap seperti apa dalam kondisi bagaimana?… karena pada dasarnya masing-masing individu mempunyai ke-4 type tersebut hanya prosentase dan dominasi type yang mana yang paling menonjol.  Semoga bermanfaat…
