My Business Checkup Begin
I can remember when I was working at my very first job out of school. It was a service business with just the owner and me at work. There was direct contact with the clients, and there was never a problem with smiling when talking face to face with them. I was given the best business tip of my life by that employer, when he pointed out to me that when talking to clients on the telephone I should smile too. For some unexplainable reason, when you smile as you talk on the phone, the exchange with the client becomes more pleasant and more productive.
No matter how large or small your business is, you cannot gauge the effectiveness of any changes you’ve made without analyzing the benefits and bottom line. So I decide to thinking
There are some questions in my head, and I will start thinking to prepare next year business plan:
- How do my year-to-date sales compare to the last couple of years? Sure I Don’t be satisfied if my business managed to match them because if sales stayed the same then I have achieved zero growth. With inflation, this flat growth line is a warning sign for more trouble down the road.
- How long has it been since we offered a new product or service? I’ll ask my customers what they need. Bro… I’m stuck for an Idea
( - Do I consider marketing and advertising expenses or investments? Marketing is really investing, my vision, and my company.
- Do I need PR to support my marketing and publication?
- Do I need renew my yellow pages contact?
- Every company, no matter what the size, has competition – even home-based businesses. Is their business growing or downsizing? Is their pricing or service better than mine? It’s so hard to think about how to improve my service to meet or exceed your customer’s expectations.
- The Last question, It’s about my employees, are they happy? I wish but I don’t know…

hmm.. it is not too simple to understand and answer your question unless she or he have a kind business also..
but for right now, I know most of you and your business. First, I want to say that you need an assistant cause you can’t do everything by your self.. second, you have to compromise with your own time and body… third, software is always going forward and develop..so you have to go follow on.. and maybe you need to take a kind of ‘short course’ about business management ..
